What is APPEsat?
APPEsat is food supplement which reduces your appetite. Take one before a meal and you will feel fuller sooner making it easier to eat less thereby lose weight.
Who should use APPEsat?
Men or women with a BMI over 18.5 who wish to lose weight by reducing the amount of food they eat.
How does APPEsat work?
You take APPEsat 30 minutes before a meal. When you eat the meal APPEsat stimulates the hunger sensors on your stomach wall signaling to your brain that your stomach is fuller than it really is. After your meal has left your stomach APPEsat remain in your stomach reducing any food cravings for hours.
Does APPEsat work?
In one clinical trail it was shown to "produce a significantly greater weight reduction" than by just dieting alone. It was concluded that this was due to it being much easier for the participants who use APPEsat to "adhere to a change of nutrition and a reduction of food volume."
In another trial patients who took APPEsat found it much easier to lower their calorie intake and reduce their weight.
Where does the active part of APPEsat come from?
The ingredient in APPEsat that reduces your appetite is call a Bioginate Complex. This is a fibre complex that is extracted from a certain type of seaweed which is grown on farms on the French Atlantic coast.
How do I use APPEsat?
Initially you should take one capsule three time a day 30 minutes before each meal. As you used to eating smaller meals you can then start to reduce the dosage.
Who should not take APPEsat if you are:
Do not take it if you are breastfeeding or pregnant. Those under 18 years should not use it unless under medical supervision. It is not recommended for children under 12. You should not use it if you have a BMI of less than 18.5.
